The hotel was nicely decorated and incredibly beautiful, appreciated garden view from our a double room. The property has great location next to famous north fork vineyards. Also, such main attraction as North Fork Sunflower Maze was 3 miles from this hotel. The room we had included cable channels, a dining area, and a seating area. The bed, it was comfy. After a long drive the wonderful and amazing staff was waiting for us.

Amazing staff and the location was great and fantastic. Also, Alex Ferrone Gallery was located in the immediate surroundings. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable on the back garden - we appreciated it. The food was fresh with good choice of choice!

The hotel was in a fantastic location short walk to Sag Harbor, and famous north fork vineyards. Also, it was about 15 minutes' drive to Bedell Cellars. The room on the back garden. Breakfast with fresh food from nearby farms👌

The location of the hotel is great, short walk to Cutchogue, famous north fork vineyards and the wineries. Furthermore, it is 3 miles from the touristic places like North Fork Sunflower Maze.

Beautifully decorated hotel managed by wonderful people. We stayed in clean room on the back garden, and really enjoyed it. There was good choice of excellent meals. The location was incredible for traveling around Cutchogue, not far from the wineries and the garden. We saw Mattabella Vineyards, that's within easy walking distance of the venue.

Our host Patricia was absolutely fantastic! She made us feel so at home and welcomed us with local wine upon arrival. The breakfast she prepared was out of this world, with a beautiful table set and enough food to feed a small army. We even got a goody bag filled with delicious baked goodies to take with us. The bedroom was cozy and romantic, with luxurious linens and a comfortable bed. The location was perfect for the wedding we attended in Greenport. Patricia's warm hospitality and attention to detail really made our stay special.

The only downside was that our stay was too short! We had to leave early in the morning and didn't have enough time to fully enjoy the bed and breakfast and all the amenities it offered.

The room I booked had a lovely location right next to Sag Harbor and the famous north fork vineyards, making it a great spot for exploring wineries. Additionally, the back garden was a nice place to relax.

The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh and homemade dishes. The hostess was accommodating and provided thoughtful extras. The bed and bedding were luxurious and new. Outdoor furniture allowed for relaxation in the garden. a charming cottage setting with a welcoming atmosphere.
